The Alger-Sullivan Historical Society in Century, Florida is atempting to obtain funding, including a grant from the State of Florida, for "historical preservation" which means aquisition and restoration of a Baldwin 2-6-2 steam engine. This engine is a symbol of the logging and sawmilling in northwest Florida and south Alabama in the early 20th Century.
